About Louisville KY Food Truck Finder
Louisville KY Food Truck Finder was founded by Nicole Rodriguez in 2022 and it had three purposes. First, to be the go-to place where people looking for food trucks and trailers, could easily find them. Second, to be a place where food trucks and trailers, could post their information and grow their business. Third, to be a central location for event and people needing food truck and trailers, could post their needs. In a few short years, Nichole made that happen. In November of 2023 Nichole turned the reins over to Greg Epley. Not one to reinvent the wheel, Greg’s only goal was to build on Nichole’s great work. With input and suggestions from our members, we strive every day to do just that.
